Our Rules of Ethics

EBMA is committed to achieve responsible commercial success using ethical principles. The aim to define our ethical principles is to ensure that our workforce is familiar with them and will make every effort to comply with these principles during the conduct of their business activities. We will follow below rules of ethics to perform our roles and responsibilities.


Honesty

  • We will be truthful and not deliberately mislead.

  • We will not make promises that cannot be kept.

  • We will enhance public confidence on our activities, qualifications and services.


Fairness

  • We will maintain fairness and equality, and will not discriminate on the grounds of age; disability; gender reassignment; marriage and civil partnership; pregnancy and maternity; race; religion or belief; sex as well as sexual orientation.

  • We will ensure the integrity and reputation of our qualifications and operations by being honest and by maintaining integrity of our workforce that will not exploit their professional or official capacity in some way for their personal or corporate benefit.


Respect

  • We will be responsible and accountable for our actions.

  • We will value the abilities and contributions of others.


Compassion

  • We will operate in ways that are socially responsible.

  • We will maintain an awareness of the needs of others.


Best practice

  • We will carry out our functions, roles and responsibilities for the best practice.
