Claiming Certificates

Centres can claim certification for our qualifications where all required units are internally assessed and moderated by centre staff as well as externally moderated by EBMA EQA/s. Centres must claim certificate for learners meeting the EBMA’s requirements and following the external moderation report by EBMA that -

  • did not provide any action needed to be performed by the centre or
  • required any action, and Centre has performed those actions

Certificate Claim Procedure

Centre authorised personnel must complete the Certificate Claim Form for each learner. Please make sure you complete all the required information in the form and that it has been signed by the relevant persons for successful claim.

We will carry out and complete all quality assurance checks and procedures on receipt of Certificate Claim Forms, then process and despatch certificates to Centres using signed for delivery options.

Centres' Responsibility

It is responsibility of centre to claim qualification achievement of its learners. For Exemptions Request or Credit Transfer, the centre must indicate it clearly in the Certificate Claim Form.

EBMA operates ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of its stakeholders.
